2. DATA PROCESSED WHEN YOU VISIT THIS SITE

Whenever a user accesses this website, activity data is temporarily stored and processed in a file.

This withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out based on the consent previously provided (Article 7, paragraph 3 of the RGPD).

4.2. FORM TO RECEIVE OUR NEWS
The registration form available on this website aims to register the user’s interest in receiving news from the Portugal Digital Mission Structure.
The data collection form includes the fields “Name” and “Email”; both are relevant to the purpose of the service.
Concretely:
“Name” – To differentiate different users;
“Email” – To confirm the user’s email and allow you to receive related communications;
“Country” – To identify the country of residence of different users.
The processing of any data collected for the purpose of subscribing to newsletters is covered by the personal data protection legislation in force, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – RGPD); Portugal Digital guarantees that any personal data collected is treated in accordance with the GDPR.
